This kit is designed to prepare and polish aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals step-by-step, easily, safely, and with professional results.

🛠️ Application sequence and workflow:

Stage 1: Deep cleaning and defect removal (Heavy Cutting)

• Combination: Brown "Tripoli" Compound + Yellow / Orange "Fast Cut" wheel
• Goal: Aggressive surface treatment to eliminate heavy scratches, oxidation, signs of corrosion, and sanding marks from sandpaper usage.
• How to use: Attach the yellow/orange wheel to your angle grinder (using the appropriate safety flanges). While the wheel is spinning, lightly apply the Brown "Tripoli" compound to its edge. Work the metal surface using even motions and pressure. Polish at 3000 - 3500 RPM. Before use, it is mandatory to soften and fluff up the polishing wheel. Use the special Metal Polishing Wheel Rake (cleaner) for this process.

Stage 2: Surface smoothing and finish preparation (Cut & Smooth)

• Combination: Red "Max Red" Compound + Purple / Green "Cut & Smooth" wheel
• Goal: Smoothing out polishing marks from the first stage, removing fine scratches, and creating a deep shine.
• How to use: Change to the purple/green wheel and apply the Red "Max Red" compound to it. Polish the surface, reducing pressure to make the metal surface smooth and crystal clear. Polish at 1600 RPM. Before use, it is mandatory to soften and fluff up the polishing wheel. Use the special Metal Polishing Wheel Rake (cleaner) for this process.

Stage 3: Final finishing and protection (Show Finish)

• Combination: Zephyr EZ Money Hybrid Wheel + Zephyr Pro 21 "Boss Soss"
• Goal: Removal of remaining micro-scratches and holograms, achieving maximum mirror shine and providing a protective layer against environmental factors.
• How to use: Install the EZ Money hybrid wheel. Spray Zephyr Pro 21 "Boss Soss" directly onto the wheel or the metal surface and perform the final polishing. Wipe off the residue with a dry, clean microfiber cloth. Polish at 1000 RPM. Before use, it is mandatory to soften and fluff up the polishing wheel. Use the special Metal Polishing Wheel Rake (cleaner) for this process.
